Sales Executive We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Drogheda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing high-level client relationships within the M1/Drogheda region. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team, the wider Commercial Development Team, and our CEO to expand our client base, build robust client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Duties of the role include: Identify, build, and develop relationships with new clients in the region with the purpose of transitioning to the recruitment team; proactively contacting leads and prospects daily. Prepare and conduct all client meetings in a highly professional, expert, and consultative manner. Achieve weekly & monthly sales financial and KPI objectives. Collate and follow up on all generated leads. Drive a sales and commercially aware environment through soliciting leads & leading by example in documenting and chasing. Maintain competitor awareness in the region. Requirements: 2+ years relevant B2B sales experience Highly motivated with drive to exceed targets. Resilient, determined and processes a strong work ethic. Proficiency in pipeline generation and business prospecting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM Systems Need to be highly organised and thrives in a busy hybrid working environment.
