Pittman is now seeking to expand its dynamic team with the addition of a Sales Executive. Role Purpose: The Sales Executive will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by converting incoming leads and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves delivering tailored solutions to customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring repeat business. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will manage both new and existing accounts across Ireland. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably within B2B or the construction sector. Organisational Skills: Highly organised, process-oriented, efficient, and proactive in overcoming challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software. Licensing: A full, clean Irish driving licence. Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries: Handle and respond to new customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and showroom interactions. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads, utilising internal resources and product knowledge to provide optimal solutions. Follow-Up: Ensure prompt and professional follow-up on customer enquiries. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system. Order Assistance: Address customer queries related to orders by coordinating with the logistics team. Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance service quality. Account Management: Oversee customer accounts to ensure exceptional service, build strong relationships, and secure repeat business. Support: Assist the Sales Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects. Case Studies: Develop and publish case studies, testimonials, and other proof points to highlight successful projects and satisfied customers. Additional Responsibilities: Training and Meetings: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
