Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Audi Wexford, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey and ensuring they receive a premium experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our Audi range, ensuring an engaging experience
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new Audi models
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events
- Manage customer follow-ups and inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining an organised showroom
- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar sales role is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement
- A genuine enthusiasm for the Audi brand and luxury vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable using technology in the sales process
- A valid driving license
