Job Description
Support a leading insurance broker in Ireland by driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role is based in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, and involves working closely with the brand manager and sales team to achieve targets and provide high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by prospecting and upselling products to new and existing clients.
- Handle customer queries and refer complex issues to relevant departments.
- Complete industry qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD) hours as required.
- Be flexible and participate in various office tasks to support the team.
- Renew and revise client accounts, identifying sales opportunities and improving cover and rates.
Requirements:
- APA or CIP qualification.
- CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Passion for working in the insurance industry.
