Key Responsibilities of Sales Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Tralee, Kerry. As a Sales Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and working closely with our sales team and brand manager.

Some key elements of the day-to-day role include:

  • Achieving sales targets by prospecting and upselling our range of products while setting up new client accounts.
  • Dealing with customer queries and referring unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
  • Completing relevant industry qualifications and CPD hours as appropriate.
  • Being flexible and participating in various office tasks.
  • Renewal follow-ups and revisions, identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as appropriate.

What Experience Makes You an Eligible Candidate?

  • APA or CIP qualified.
  • CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
  • Sales and customer service experience required.
  • Previous insurance/financial services experience preferred.
  • Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
