Sales Manager / Dublin West (Office based) Our client is a very successful well established distributor specialising in communication technology. Seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with a strong ethos. Dublin West. Salary: €60K - €65K plus bonus and benefits. The Role: As a Sales Manager take on the responsibility to lead, coach and manage the internal and sales team. Support the Sales Director and ensuring sales targets are met, developing strategies to improve sales performance. Deliver on total team performance and achieving new levels of organic growth. Work closely with the companys culture and values. Collaborate with other departments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, handling negotiations, and addressing customer concerns. Predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets based on market research and historical data. Managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and planning sales campaigns.
