**Global Payroll Sales Manager** Manage and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for Global Products in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, with a direct impact on the growth of the Global Payroll team. **About Rippling** Rippling is a platform that brings together all workforce systems, including payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers, to manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Account Executives • Build the Global AE playbook and best practices for growth and scale • Monitor sales performance and regularly report on team and individual results • Work cross-functionally with other AE teams, Account Managers, marketing, revenue operations, and implementation • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in areas of process, efficiency, and productivity **Requirements** • Experienced sales manager with 3-5+ years of experience in tech sales • Top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets as a manager and individual contributor • Ability to accurately forecast team performance and deliver concrete and constructive feedback • Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR, or HRIS/HCM software • Excellent communication and language skills, with fluency in English **Rippling's Commitment** Rippling is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, and does not discriminate based on any protected characteristics.
