Sales Manager (Hospitality) Permanent Dublin City Centre Here at Osborne, we are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Manager to join a leading luxury hotel group in Dublin City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to implement and execute innovative sales strategies within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving corporate business, and maximising revenue across multiple properties. Salary:Up to €60k + bonus Key Responsibilities: Establishing & nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate partners, event planners, and travel agents, to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Fostering a culture of commercial awareness, focusing on revenue and profit generation. Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring personalised service and exceptional experiences that align with the luxury brands standards. Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the luxury hotel market. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities while adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote the brand. Monitoring sales performance against targets and adjusting pricing strategies to respond to changing market conditions. Participating in the development of annual sales forecasts and budgets, setting clear sales targets and KPIs for the team Negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and mutually beneficial. Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and develop new business leads. Gathering and analysing guest feedback to identify areas for improvement while implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. Ensuring all sales practices are in full compliance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Promote ethical sales practices that align with the hotels brand values, fostering trust and loyalty among clients and partner Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, with a focus on the corporate market in Dublin City. Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in selling luxury brands and services. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to creatively close deals. Confidence in cold calling and conducting effective business research. Proven ability to up-sell products and services, with strong customer relationship management skills. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and financial management, including, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling. Strong communication, presentation, organisational, and leadership skills. Effective decision-making and influence skills.
