Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Public Tender Management: Monitor and manage public tender opportunities, ensuring timely identification, evaluation, and submission of bids in accordance with procurement guidelines and company strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics, track progress, and provide regular reports to sales management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Budget Management: Manage the division's sales target and cost budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, purchasing, other sales divisions, and internal sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare or pharma sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
