The successful candidate will lead a sales team to meet monthly goals, build confidence and trust with direct reports, and develop their professional sales skills.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a sales team to meet monthly goals
Building confidence and trust with direct reports
Coaching team members to develop their professional sales skills
Collaborating with other sales managers, directors, and executives to aid business growth
Maintaining headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new sales specialists
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of Smarttech247 platforms and services
Understanding market(s) and building and executing plans to grow them
Demonstrating Smarttech247's core values and leadership traits
Qualifications and Skills include:
5+ years of experience managing a sales team
Experience leading a consultative sales process and segmenting territories effectively
Superior coaching skills, including observing, evaluating, and coaching to improve results
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple objectives
Good prospecting skills, with effectiveness on the first part of the HubSpot sales methodology
Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results
Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results
Strong individual and team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goals and a positive attitude
