The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing strong relationships with commercial partners such as architects, property managers, and designers.
- Contributing to creating exceptional living spaces, working with a passionate team of horticulturists, designers, and site managers.
- Enhancing company reputation, brand, and customer satisfaction through high standards of work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing prospects in line with customer profiles across design, build, and maintenance services.
- Managing the sales pipeline with regular meetings and CRM usage.
- Following a clear sales process from lead to customer.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
