Manage a team of 12-15 Account Managers in a sales department, driving revenue growth and pipeline management through effective use of CRM, while delivering on or exceeding monthly sales revenue and profit targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on or exceed monthly sales revenue and profit targets in line with budget
  • Manage revenue and KPI targets for the sales team in line with company expectation
  • Pipeline management through effective use of CRM by entire team
  • Drive structured & consistent mentorship to team
  • Implement and improve motivation techniques for sales team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years sales Management experience
  • Detail orientated, ability to adhere to processes and procedures
  • Proven successful sales record
  • Ability to demonstrate, metrics & performance
  • Ability to manage, lead and inspire people and build a mutual trust within a team
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills
