Seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team in Dublin West, with a strong focus on communication technology sales.
Our client is a well-established distributor with a successful track record in the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and managing the internal and sales team.
- Supporting the Sales Director to achieve sales targets and develop strategies for improvement.
- Delivering on team performance and driving organic growth.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets.
- Managing the sales budget and allocating resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- 3rd level degree and relevant sales management experience.
- Communication Technology industry experience.
- Strong people management experience in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: €60K – €65K plus bonus and benefits.
