As a sales manager, you will play a vital role in reimagining the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver on or exceed monthly sales revenue and profit targets in line with budget
- Manage revenue and KPI targets for the sales team in line with company expectations
- Pipeline management through effective use of CRM by the entire team
- Drive structured & consistent mentorship to the team
- Implement and improve motivation techniques for the sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience with a team size of 15+
- Detail-oriented, ability to adhere to processes and procedures
- Proven successful sales record with ability to demonstrate metrics & performance
- Ability to manage, lead and inspire people and build a mutual trust within a team
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
