Sales Manager We are working with a leading international garden design, landscape build, and maintenance company who handles projects from residential garden design to large commercial landscapes. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager. The Role: Develop strong relationships with commercial partners such as architects, property managers, and designers. Contribute to creating exceptional living spaces, working with a passionate team of horticulturists, designers, and site managers. Enhance company reputation, brand, and customer satisfaction through high standards of work. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop prospects in line with customer profiles across design, build, and maintenance services. Manage the sales pipeline with regular meetings and CRM usage. Follow a clear sales process from lead to customer. Qualifications and Skills: Strong experience in sales. Team player with excellent communication skills. Resourceful and persistent researcher. Highly organized self-starter with a commitment to excellence. Willingness to travel as needed and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
