Lead a skilled sales team to drive profitability and exceed performance targets of a premium motor brand. Responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, building and managing a sales team, setting and negotiating sales targets, and achieving excellence across multiple areas. The ideal candidate has proven management experience in the motor industry, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, and a successful track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.

- Ensure compliance with group policies and standards.
- Monitor KPIs to meet targets.

- Deliver a luxury customer experience.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance of the sales team.
- Represent the dealership to major & fleet customers.
- Proven management experience in the motor industry.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience with a proven and successful track record in sales and leading sales teams.
- Luxury motor brand and passenger vehicle knowledge (desirable).
