We are looking for a proactive and talented Sales & Social Media Executive to lead our marketing efforts and help propel the growth of our businesses. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy: Take ownership of our social media presence across all platforms by creating engaging content, managing daily activity, and exploring new marketing opportunities that resonate with our target audience. Marketing Plan Development: Create and execute an annual marketing plan to align with the company’s growth objectives across our restaurants and catering ventures. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Campaign Performance & Data Analysis: Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Website Management: Maintain and optimize business websites, improve SEO, and manage updates such as blogs, landing pages, and web forms to enhance customer engagement. Sales & Promotional Events: Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving sales. Proactive Growth Initiatives: Continuously explore new marketing opportunities, keeping up with social media and digital marketing trends that can support business growth. What We’re Looking For: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Ability to multitask and manage several brands within a fast-paced, growing environment. A passion for hospitality and an understanding of restaurant/catering marketing is a plus.
