Seeking a Sales / Office Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company in Inishowen, UK and Ireland, providing high-quality products and customer service.

About the Role: As Sales / Office Administrator, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via telephone and email, processing orders, and producing support documentation.

  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to deal with enquiries and provide quotes.
  • Process customers' orders and produce all relevant support documentation via the company's computer software.
  • Take customer orders, create sales orders on company software, and convert them into delivery dockets.
  • Convert delivery dockets for UK customers into commercial invoices and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure integration, consistency, and quality of product information.

Requirements: Previous experience in an Administration position, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite, ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines, and teamwork skills.
