Job Description

Seeking a Sales / Office Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Inishowen, UK and Ireland, providing high-quality products and customer service.

This innovative company has been in business for almost 20 years, with continuous growth over the past number of years.

The company has appointed Hays to recruit a Sales / Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a 6-month position, working 8.30am - 5.15pm, 3 days a week, between Monday and Friday.

Job Description:

  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email, dealing with enquiries and providing quotes.
  • Process customers' orders and produce all relevant support documentation via the company's computer software.
  • Take customer orders, create sales orders on company software, and convert them into delivery dockets, ensuring all paperwork is complete and sent with shipments/deliveries.
  • Convert delivery dockets for UK customers into commercial invoices and packing lists (on a weekly basis).
  • Play a key role within the team, coordinating with members to ensure integration, consistency, and quality of product information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an Administration position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
