Job Description
Job Title: Go to Market Operations Specialist
This role will be responsible for working with Sales Operations leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and third-party vendors to execute on key Go to Market (GTM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own operational relationships with key partners in external vendors and internal teams
- Oversee vendor operations for Active Campaign (AC) across GTM teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and guidance for internal and external partner sales teams on quoting process, policies, and Rules of Engagement (ROE)
- Manage data administration, including maintaining and updating databases with accurate and relevant information
- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across various systems
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of vendor performance, and lead Business Reviews and actions with vendors to drive KPI performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in sales or revenue operations; preferably with SaaS experience
- Strong skills in MS Excel; Familiarity with BI tools (i.e. Looker) or SQL is a plus
- Preferred, but not required: Salesforce admin experience, third-party vendor or outsourced sales management experience, German fluency
- Ability to think strategically, analyze, and interpret market and sales cycle information
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who is effective partnering cross-functionally, across multiple different time zones
