Job Description

Sales Operations Role Responsibilities Be primary point of contact for all clients, from stand alone retailers to multiples. Manage a small team of customer service agents. Process sales purchase orders and closely monitor them through the system. Completing forms for key retailers and distributors Work closely with both supply chain / demand planning to ensure sufficient stock availability. Managing purchase orders as required and dealing with emails in an organised and efficient manner. Answer customer queries by phone, email, and face to face. Provide customers with assistance regarding orders and billing queries, etc Provide administration support to customers and update internal database. Performing other administrative duties as assigned ensuring all activities are captured accurately. Producing and delivering sales information reports and presentations promptly and accurately as directed Completing and submitting essential sales paperwork Inputting customer forecasts into guidance documents as provided by customers. Generating sales reports for the Commercial sales team upon request Monitoring and updating indicative prices for key accounts in the pricing database on sage. Processing new account forms and updating customer details. Assisting Sales Managers with sales-related queries Helping organise and plan for key promotional events Strong customer service background is key Experience of implementing systems or creating new systems a strong advantage This role is a key hire for an expanding business, contract role with possibility of movement to internal role.
