Job Summary: Assist in the smooth handling of customer orders, manage data entry, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Our client, based 20 minutes west of Cork City, is seeking a Sales Order Processing Assistant to join their finance and administration team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, great attention to detail, and proficiency in Office 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up customers and suppliers on the internal system
- Manage customer sales orders and check for depleted stocks
- Process works orders and produce pallet labels
- Print delivery dockets and invoices, and generate Certificates of Compliance
- Liaise with transport to organise on-time deliveries
- Organise outside transport and couriers
- Answer telephone calls and perform general admin tasks
- Record timber receipt and usage, and enter stock levels
- Investigate anomalies and ensure pricing is correct
