Job Summary: We are seeking a Head of Unit to lead a team of 8 people in supporting the development of a young and dynamic team and contributing to the success and growth of our Sales and Relationship Management Targets.

Clearstream Fund Services is a fast-growing business within Clearstream/Deutsche Börse and the market-leading provider of fund processing services in Europe and the largest one-stop shop in 3rd party funds services. Our Vestima product is the world's largest fund processing platform that provides order execution, settlement and custody services for more than 230,000 funds, ensuring the highest asset safety for over 55 fund markets worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development and growth of a strong team and create expertise in the field of Sales and RM.
  • Support the Management Team in the monthly and adhoc reporting needs for senior advisory and SteerCo committees.
  • Manage internal reporting, retrieve data from internal systems and deliver in useful formats.
  • Be familiar with the usage of our platforms and understand our product solutions to assist with trainings, demos and user queries.
  • Support client migrations, new account openings and fund house setups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Join client meetings/calls and assist in delivering client needs and requirements.
  • Confident and willing to be involved and assist in client marketing events.
  • Work closely with various internal teams regionally/globally to resolve client-related topics.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in a similar function (5-7 years).
  • Exposure to the financial industry, preferably in the Asset Management and/or investment fund business sector.
  • At least 1-2 years in a role with people management responsibilities.
  • Master or Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or similar.
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry and especially in the area of data management.
  • Previous work experience in Sales Support, Client Account Management or Customer Services is desirable.
  • Strong client-facing, problem-solving and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, customer-focused, ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Able to work to deadlines and targets, whilst delivering a high quality of work.
  • Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious and resilient.
