Job Description
Leading designer and manufacturer of sand-blasting machines and air compressors seeks experienced sales-person with 3 years B2B sales experience for opportunities in Ireland and further afield. Key responsibilities include researching potential customers, cold-calling, and developing product knowledge. The role offers a base salary of €40,000, full commission structure, and excellent opportunity for advancement.
- Research potential customers and add to prospect databases
- Cold-calling of self-generated leads and following of sales process through to closed sale
- Follow up calls with inbound leads to convert to sales
- Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge to best advise customers
- Manage existing accounts for sales of parts and blasting abrasives
- Occasional visits to potential customers to demonstrate machinery
- Occasional travel for developing distributor networks
Requirements: 3 years B2B sales experience, good understanding of sales process, excellent communication skills, and ability to advise customers on machinery specifics.
- Base salary of €40,000 negotiable depending on experience
- Full transparent commission structure with OTE of €50-55k in year one
- Lucrative sales territory including NI, border counties, and overseas distributors
