Sales Representatives - Agricultural Machinery Locations: Laois & Carlow, Ireland Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 base + €20,000 OTE, Pension, Company Car, 20 Days Annual Leave We are recruiting for 2 sales positions with a leading distributor of agricultural machinery with a solid reputation in the industry - one to cover Laois and one to cover Carlow. If you come from an agricultural background, be it in sales or have experience working on a farm, then apply below. What You'll Do: Manage and grow a base of existing customers, focusing primarily on farmers and construction contractors. Sell a wide variety of agricultural machinery Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner for all machinery needs. Provide expert advice on a range of high-quality agricultural equipment. Once training is complete, you'll be field-based, covering your designated county, managing accounts and generating new opportunities. What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience, ideally in agriculture, machinery, or a similar sector. A strong ability to build rapport and manage long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel within your county. The Benefits: Base salary of €35,000 - €40,000 with potential to earn up to €20,000 OTE. Comprehensive pension plan. Company car provided after completing 6 months of technical training in the Carlow office. 20 days annual leave.
