Job Title: Sales Representative / Business Development

A Sales Representative / Business Development role is available in Dublin / Leinster, offering a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission, and a range of benefits, including a company van, phone, and laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and develop the company's core business of providing semi-skilled / skilled labour and tradespeople to clients in the construction industry in Ireland.
- Visit construction sites to maintain and establish relationships with existing and potential new clients.
- Contact clients via phone or in-person, where frequent site visits are difficult due to location.
- Support the company's common goals by working with team members and delivering on commitments made to clients.
Requirements:
- Some sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry, construction companies, and large prestigious projects.
- Strong time management skills, commercial awareness, numeracy skills, and IT literacy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A full driving license.
