Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain a high-performing retail environment at Alo Yoga.
Mindful movement is at the core of Alo Yoga's mission. Our Sales & Service Lead plays a crucial role in elevating the guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high-performing retail environment.
The Sales & Service Lead is responsible for:
- Leading an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and technical product education
- Continuing to build the client relationship daily with our customers
- Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and implementing action plans to address deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities
- Ensuring effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed
The Sales & Service Lead will also:
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
The Sales & Service Lead will lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, directly overseeing the Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, and responsible for recruitment and development of talent.

- Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies Alo's values
Hourly Rate: €15.00 - €16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Sales & Service Lead Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, with a requirement to be available for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change.
