Sales Support Specialist CREGG is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shannon. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in the solar industry by assisting with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, order processing, and general sales support functions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, managing documentation, and coordinating sales contracts. Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely input into the companys systems and tracking them through to fulfillment. Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates. CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all client data and interactions are accurately recorded. Reporting: Generate sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to the sales team for decision-making. Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as contracts, presentations, and proposals. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our solar products and services to support the sales team with accurate and up-to-date information. Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. Sales Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing feedback and insight from customer interactions. Requirements: 2+ years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role (experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
