Job Description

SALES TEAM LEADER This is an active sales role which involves developing & growing sales within our current multiples at ground level along with maintaining current relationships. The role involves liaising with store managers and people management of the van sales team. As an experienced FMCG sales professional, you will have a key understanding at retail level of the various margin requirements. You will also have an understanding of the food service market with the ability to develop sales direct through the companies own van sales network to restaurants and deli counters. Note: Your role covers the island of Ireland and you will be required to travel weekly. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to develop and manage relationships with customers Ability to manage and motivate a van sales team to ensure optimum performance Ensure correct pricing is maintained Outgoing and friendly personality Results and solution driven with good problem solving skills Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in fast moving consumer goods and food service Full clean drivers licence You must have the right to work in Ireland For more information, contact Maria Weafer Skills: sales people management business development relationships retention Benefits: Work From Home company vehicle
