Job Description

Our client, a prominent financial services organisation, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer. The successful candidate will oversee the development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on the Financial Services Cloud, supporting the company's ongoing growth and operational needs. Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, ensuring it meets the organisation's needs. Provide strategic input for the platform's development as the business evolves. Oversee the Salesforce program for change management, ensuring effective implementation of updates and improvements. Collaborate with business divisions to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements tailored to financial services operations. Drive continuous improvement in customer experience through data analysis and feedback. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring integrations with financial tools and systems are seamless. Act as the primary Salesforce super user, offering guidance and support to users across the organisation. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimise processes, automation, and the overall functionality of the Financial Services Cloud. Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, liaising with Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams. Train new users and develop the Salesforce skillset within the organisation. Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, particularly within Financial Services Cloud. Proven track record of managing Salesforce platforms in a financial services environment. Experience with core financial integrations and managing third-party suppliers. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement strategic platform changes. Desirable Skills: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving customer experience within the financial sector. Certification in Salesforce Administration or Development is a plus. Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Working Hours & Benefits: Standard working hours with flexibility.
