Senior Salesforce Developer Job Summary: As a Senior Salesforce Dev, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices are followed, and mentor team members to help them grow their technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Ensure the architecture and design meet business, IT, and Salesforce best practices. Project Management: Oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and project stakeholders. Development & Implementation: Hands-on development of Salesforce solutions, including custom code (Apex, Visualforce), integrations, and using Salesforce declarative features (flows, process builder, etc.). Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the solutions through code reviews, adherence to development standards, and rigorous testing methodologies. Team Leadership: Mentor and support the development team. Manage resource planning and allocation for projects. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technology trends. Drive innovation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce practices and solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce System Architect). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limits. Experience with Salesforce integrations and API's. Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Desired Skills: Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Technical Architect). Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
