Job Description
- Lead an agile delivery team of Salesforce Developers and Data Analysts.
- Foster a 'can-do' culture to drive team effectiveness.
- Own project planning, delivery, and execution with high quality and transparency.
- Provide scrum leadership for the team.
- Act as a leader, mentor, and facilitator, managing recruitment and career development.
- Oversee all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements.
- Ensure Salesforce Platform Governance, Stability, Dev Ops strategy, and Development & Configuration across the enterprise.
- Implement and manage Dev Ops practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in a software development background.
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in an agile environment.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development, administration, and management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Advocate of best practices with a passion for technology.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, web services, and software testing.
- Experience in delivering multi-platform projects (e.g., Mobile, Web, and backend).
