Job Description
The Salesforce Architect will serve as a domain expert to sales and delivery teams on the force.com, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. They will be comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of the platforms, including hosting infrastructure, security, integration, and declarative/programmatic extensions to IT audiences up to CTO level. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of extensive development experience, including 3-4 years of Salesforce.com experience, 2 years of Salesforce Solution Development experience, and 3-4 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience.
Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Solution Development experience
Minimum 3-4 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce.com Development experience
Development experience with Force.com, APEX or Visualforce
Requirements gathering, testing and training experience
Salesforce.com certifications
Development experience with Java and/or Siebel
Prior OO programming in Java, Ruby or .Net
Force.com platform experience
SSO and web services experience
Integrating Salesforce.com software with 3rd party solutions
Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
Data Migration experience
