Summary of the Job Description
- Experience of supporting and developing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Data Analytics platforms (preferably SAP BW/4 HANA).
- Experience of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere is a further advantage.
- A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Responsibilities and Achievements
- Provide support team members regarding Business Transformation Programme to S/4 HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Provide "Business As Usual" (BAU) support of break/fix issues, enhancement identification and delivery of solution improvements, as well as support for ongoing or future projects.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported through the ticket support tool, manage the incoming ticket queue to ensure SLAs are met.
