Job Description
Seeking experienced professional to oversee software and application implementation, manage internal teams, and partner with external suppliers to drive business growth and efficiency.
You will be responsible for planning and executing software and application solutions, managing budgets, resources, schedules, and quality, and ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing large-scale software and application services
- Service delivery, support, and excellence
- Program/project management with experience managing multiple projects
- General technical background
- Understanding of integration and how different applications talk to each other
