Cork Your career at Deutsche Borse Group Job Title: SAP-FI Intern (Deutsche Borse, Cork Branch) Location: NSQ1, Navigation Square, Albert Quay East, Cork, Ireland Department: Corporate IT Reports To: Head of Unit Finance IT Job Type: Internship Duration: 6 months, commencing Q1 2025. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP-FI Intern to join the SAP Finance Solutions IT team. The intern will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP systems and contribute to real-world financial processes. Depending on the successful candidate's interests & preference the role can be aligned to more to functional tasks (process related) or development work (technical) **Key Responsibilities:** Assist in the configuration and customization of the SAP-Finance module and support colleagues in daily operations and troubleshooting Participate in data migration and validation testing activities related to on-boarding of new company codes Support the Agile project teams and their related activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination, research, data analysis (sprint burn rate calculation, release predictions etc.), presentation, communication support and day-to-day operational activities Help in the preparation of project documentation, training materials using JIRA, Confluence, Github, AI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-FI with other modules. Conduct testing and provide feedback on system enhancements and upgrades. **Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial accounting principles. Familiarity with SAP-FI or other ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). #Clearstream
