Exciting opportunity to join our SAP Finance Consulting team: Amongst a variety of exciting career opportunities currently available within our SAP practice, we are seeking to hire an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to join our SAP team in Ireland. As an SAP consultant in Deloitte, you will become a key member of our SAP team where you will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients across several industries playing a key role designing and building innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs while working with highly experienced consulting teams. These are challenging and fulfilling roles with the potential to develop your range of consulting and SAP S/4HANA skills significantly. About the role: Delivery of End-to-end Best practice Finance process design on a variety of SAP S/4HANA implementations, brownfield selective transformation and greenfield, on-premise and cloud. Leading Design workshops effectively to understand our client's business requirements and bring prior industry and implementation leading practice experience to advise and influence the design in the right direction. Supporting the development of our SAP practice through internal initiatives including sharing knowledge with the group of best practices in subject matter expertise areas. Advising clients on their current and future SAP needs from a Finance process and solutions perspective, including options to transform, roadmap, benefits and what other customers have done. Collaborating with other disciplines and member firms on very interesting and rewarding global client projects. Playing a key role in the planning and managing of client projects on time and within budget. Working effectively in diverse teams with an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution. Inputting into proposals and identifying follow-on opportunities at existing clients About you: Proven Experience as an SAP Finance Consultant on at least two full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, from prepare through to hypercare. Ability to effectively lead Design workshops and maintain strong relationships with our clients to quickly become a trusted partner. S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience highly desirable. Practical Subject Matter expertise in any of the following areas is also highly desirable; Management Accounting, Project Systems, Group Reporting, FSCM incl. TRM, PaPM, RAR/EBRR, FP&A in SAC. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. Effective in managing several tasks, keeping to deadlines, and still produce quality deliverables. Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other accounting qualification, and a strong academic record is desirable but not essential.
