Seeking SAP Operations Head to lead and manage SAP operations, ensuring seamless execution of SAP projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in complex IT environments. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the organization's SAP strategy, overseeing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of SAP systems, managing SAP implementation projects, and coordinating with IT infrastructure teams. Additionally, the SAP Operations Head will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to team members, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications and experience required include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, advanced SAP certifications, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP operations or a similar role. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based SAP solutions, knowledge of industry-specific SAP best practices, and experience with SAP integration technologies.
