Seeking an experienced SAP Order Management Specialist to manage the service fulfilment process, process customer orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service fulfilment process to ensure timely deliveries
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently
- Proactively follow up with customers to provide feedback and updates on orders
- Act as the voice of the brand, fostering strong relationships between business departments and customers
- Monitor and process quotation requests from Salesforce and emails
Requirements:
- Essential SAP experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and team working skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Will to travel for business within Ireland as required
