Job Description
Expleo is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale SAP S/4 Hana projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and experience managing complex IT programmes, with a strong focus on quality assurance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct teams to achieve programme objectives
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Ensure project deliverables meet cost, timescale, and resource budgets
- Design and implement quality assurance processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
- Diagnose problems and generate solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Project Management qualification and ISTQB Advanced certification
- Programming skills and additional course or certification in Quality Assurance
- Excellent client-facing and people management skills
- Strong self-management and innovative approach
