SAP Support Analyst
As a SAP Support Analyst, you will be part of a team that provides technical expertise to internal SAP users, ensuring the smooth operation of business applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide "Business As Usual" (BAU) support for everyday break/fix issues, enhancement identification, and delivery of solution improvements.

Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and provide enhanced functionality.

Work across the organisation to identify potential gaps in current processes and interact with business users to assess incoming requirements.

Investigate and resolve issues reported through the ticket support tool, manage the incoming ticket queue to ensure SLAs are met.

Diagnose, analyse, and reproduce issues to understand their root cause, and escalate issues internally/externally as needed.

Adhere to change control processes for testing & implementing system changes, fixes, enhancements, and provide application support during deployment projects.

Work with internal departments and establish internal business relationships, adhering to KPMG security policies, processes, and procedures.

Deliver day-to-day project management, providing accurate reporting and business intelligence throughout projects.

Proactively and reactively deliver on continuous improvement processes, working with business stakeholders to streamline support processes.
Requirements:

A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills, with prior experience working with technical/business teams providing insights on projects.

Experience of ERP systems (preferably SAP), Success Factors, S/4 Hana, and SAP Integration Suite, Business Intelligence systems.

Previous experience in an application support environment role and a structural approach to troubleshooting.

Experience and/or demonstrate competencies in conducting investigations, problem solving, project management, and master data governance.

Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to interpret business requirements and understand IT concepts and terminology.

Strong inter-personal and communications skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with colleagues efficiently and effectively.
