Having rapidly grown our TM team and operations, we’re looking to open a new, strategic position within our Transportation Management structure – SAP TM Practice Director UK and Ireland.The SAP TM Practice Director UK&I is going to play a key role in further solidifying our reputation as a leading SAP TM implementation partner and help us become even more successful into existing and new markets.The SAP TM Practice Director UK&I is going to be responsible for 3 main areas:Define and optimize our SAP Transportation Management profile and go to market strategy (create leads/opportunities in the market unit; network; partner with SAP/others, deliver speaking engagements, make publications, drive marketing campaigns, etc.)Market our services in the partner networks – manage the entire process from the preparation of the offer to the delivery and staffing strategy.Carry responsibility for our Transportation Management practice in UK and Ireland, secure the success of ongoing projects and participate in key organizational structures, e.g. Steering Committees, etc.What’s on offer:Opportunities to advance your career and play a fundamental role within our TM PracticeCompetitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, social benefits, etc.)Hybrid working model and good work life balanceOpportunities to work on innovative, complex TM projects from different industriesFriendly and supportive team of TM expertsEnvironment of open communication, trust and regular feedbackInternational company culture and minimal hierarchical structure with quick and effective decision-making processesWhat WE are looking for:Management experience in Transportation Management as Solution Architect or Project ManagerExperience with go-to-market strategies, pre-sales, servicing major accounts, creating and delivering customer proposals; eye for market needs in relation to future-oriented technologies and innovationsSolution-oriented and positive hands-on mentalityEntrepreneurial spirit, authenticity and excellent business acumenMin 8 years of industry and consulting experience in the implementation of SAP Transportation ManagementExcellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English (other languages are an advantage)Good team player with very good logical and reasoning skills, who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high-quality project deliveryReadiness to travel if the role requires itInterested?
