**Saturday Soccer Coach and Early Educator Wanted** We are seeking part-time Saturday soccer coaches and early educators to join our team and positively impact children's lives through the game of soccer. **Job Description** Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program that focuses on character development. We are looking for local candidates to coach Saturday sessions at community centers and parks in the Tri-Valley area. As a Saturday soccer coach and early educator, you will be responsible for delivering our curriculum and providing a positive experience for children ages 2-10. **Responsibilities** • Coach and manage Soccer Shots sessions on Saturdays at community centers and parks • Deliver our curriculum and focus on skill and character development in sessions • Provide a pleasant customer experience to daycare center staff, directors, and parents • Arrive on time at locations/sessions and maintain equipment • Complete training and evaluation, including coaching evaluations and constructive feedback • Attend meetings and give an 8-12 week commitment for the season **Schedule and Compensation** • Saturday sessions from 9 am - 1 pm • Job compensation: + During training period: $23 per 35-60 minute session + After training is complete: $23+ per 35-60 minute session • Monday-Saturday positions are also available **Requirements** • Professional and responsible: able to communicate professionally, have timeliness, be courteous, clean appearance, be self-motivated, and be dependable • Fun and creative: enthusiastic person, comfortable with being goofy and imaginative with children ages 2-10 • Patient and empathetic: patient person willing to work through behavior and learning curves • Soccer knowledgeable and athletic: previous soccer experience as a player or instructor is preferred, but not required • Transportation and cell phone: must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to drive to different locations and a personal mobile phone with data • Clear background check: must pass a Live Scan with a clear record • Education: high school diploma or GED minimum, bonus for 12 accredited ECE units in Early Childhood Development or Soccer Coach experience
