Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly schedules for service technicians.
- Plan daily service engineer activities.
- Review service reports from technicians.
- Request quotations for additional materials or labour required to complete calls.
- Order materials to complete calls under warranty.
- Process claims for faulty materials.
- Meet with senior manager to discuss service reports.
- Submit invoicing and receipts reports.
- Stay up to date on industry standards and innovations.
- Manage productivity and man hour usage.
Scheduler Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in scheduling, planning, or service administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet company standards and values.
- Display kindness and flexibility in scheduling tasks.
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
- Experience with project timelines and scheduling.
