Purpose of the role: The post holderwill provide clinical leadership for the development of the step down HSCP rehabilitation model in Care Choice, Parnell Roadas part of a whole-system approach to delivering the right care, in the right place, every time.The SCOPe HSCP Step Down Rehabilitation Lead will play a significant role in shaping the integrated rehabilitation pathway working closely with key stakeholders from Medicine, Nursing, HSCP and management. The successful candidate will bring clinical leadership, extensive rehabilitation experience, clinical audit, education and research to the role.
