Oliver James have partnered with a leading global client who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their growing team on a permanent basis 6 month FTC with very strong likelihood for permanency. The Scrum Master is essential in developing high-performing teams by offering guidance in product delivery, leveraging a strong grasp of Agile principles and team dynamics. Skills: - Certified Scrum Master - min of 4 years experience. - Worked in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies - Experience with software development teams - insurance/fs background - Technical individual - Ability to facilitate all end to end Scrum practices and working hands on with Product Teams. Role: - 6 month FTC Initial - Competitive base plus benefits - 2x days on site needed in Waterford (non-negotiable) - Fantastic career growth - learning and development opportunities. - Full working rights in Ireland required.
