Are you a Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile product management and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic, high-performance environment? We are recruiting for a leading global organization seeking a Scrum Master to manage multiple technical projects and scrum teams. In this role, you'll drive Agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the successful delivery of working software. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and quarterly PI planning Manage sprint metrics and capacity planning Identify technical impediments and resolve issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Train and coach team members on Agile ceremonies and practices Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach in a technical setting Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Certified Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects, ideally within the financial services sector Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent daily rate on offer which ranges from €550 - €650 depending on experience.
