As a Scrum Master, you will champion cutting-edge projects and collaborate with top-tier talent to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower the Product Owner and Development Team to bring the Product Backlog to life, guiding them to seamless delivery of features and functionality.
• Spearhead and execute operational strategies, overseeing smooth application releases, data migrations, hardware updates, and performance enhancements.
• Proactively identify project risks, and lead the charge in developing effective mitigations.
• Align cross-functional, dependent teams to synchronise deliverables and hit critical project milestones.
• Be a servant leader, leading by example, and fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and trust.
• Guide and mentor the team to embrace Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and higher Scrum maturity levels.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Champion the removal of blockers, ensuring the team remains focused on what matters most by connecting them with the right resources.
• Deliver complex applications in line with development standards and quality benchmarks, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Ensure proper team capacity planning, ensuring a balance between speed and quality.
• Be metrics-driven, continually assessing opportunities to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Instill a "quality-first" mindset, promoting practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automation to ensure zero critical defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in the Healthcare industry.
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies, with a solid grasp of the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and inspire teams.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating top-notch planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks like PMBOK or similar methodologies.
• Expertise in technology solutions such as Data and Analytics, Native Cloud development, Io T, and Mobile/Web technologies.
• A proactive, metrics-driven mindset, always striving for continuous improvement and excellence.
