Job Description
Seeking a Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional team in a global financial services organisation based in Galway, Ireland.
A highly collaborative team is required to advise and lead squads on Agile values, practices, and processes to ensure the squad is fully functional, productive, and focused on the sprint goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and lead squads on Agile values, practices, and processes
- Encourage Agile behaviours, reinforce practices, norms, ceremonies, and support overall Squad performance and efficiency
- Identify team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices to support continuous improvement
- Understand JIRA/Kanban boards and Agile/Scrum Fundamentals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
- Strong proficiency and experience with Agile/Scrum
