Sales Associate Role
Our stores are the life of our business, acting as main touch points with consumers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and building professional relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
- Outfit building and making product recommendations.
- Assessing customers' needs and providing product information.
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements.
- Maintaining shop and stock room organization.
About You
We seek individuals with a previous track record in hospitality or retail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate. You will inspire trust, recognize contributions, and adapt fast.
